Is Gilad's cardio easy to follow?

My only cardio is walking outdoors and Leslie, Jessica and other walking dvds because that's all I can follow, I am not very coordinated.
I am interested in some Gilad workouts, mainly for toning but he has cardio too and I am wondering is it something I could follow?
I am specifically interested in his new 30th anniversary dvds, anybody know about the cardio in those?

Yes, his cardio is easy to follow. However he starts low, but moves into high impact, though it's gentle high impact. If impact isn't an issue for you, following him should be something you could do.

Yes, he's definitely easy to follow, and his high impact can easily be modified to low impact too.

Yes! There are many similarities between his cardio and Leslie's, especially in his earlier workouts. The 30 and 60 Minute Low Impact Workout is a good one to start with IMO.

Very easy to follow but not very intense, imo.
