Funny, when this thread first came around I was all about dvds. Shortly after I got into paper workouts and now don't do dvds much.
For me though it is really because paper workouts fit in my life better. I can do a paper workout or hop on the elliptical while my youngest daughter watches Sesame St or Daniel Tiger's neighborhood (my typical workout slot.) If I can fit in a dvd I will do it but more often than not as soon as I put one in all the kids start fighting. I enjoy my paper workouts a lot anyway. I can go at my own pace, set my own breaks, manipulate rep counts, sets, etc. to make the workout perfect for me. |

Anybody else see the irony about a 5-page thread (so far) on a video website about NOT doing videos? I think that's a testament as to how good this site is, no matter how we exercise
(And I go through phases, too)

Ha, I read my old post and still feel the same. I'm about to do an Erin O'Brien workout right now; still loving my "personal trainers", still mostly ignoring my "slick" workouts.
