Rockin Body is really fun

I bought it about two years ago, did a bit of it once or twice, and put it away. A couple of days ago, I decided to do some of the segments, and they are so fun. I think I like it better now because I realized you can't slide on carpet. So I just adjust my movements. I wish Shaun T would do another dance workout.

I recently bought that set. He makes me laugh. I love how he talks in that sing song way the whole time.

It's so fun. He's a good dancer. I want Rockin Body 2!

How does this series compare with Zumba Exhilarate? I did not find those fun or easy at all. I caught a commercial last night and it looks like Rockin Abs is $19.95 plus S&H.

It is different from Zumba Exhilarate, but I love them both. What did you not like about the Zumba set?

I got this for the kids a couple of weeks ago. They were getting in the bad habbit of flopping on the couch after school. They really like it. I don't get any arguments when I tell them to go do a session. Are there any similar series? Thanks,

Chris

I guess I just don't like Zumba (or maybe it is better live-not sure haven't tried it). I tried this set out from the library and sent it back. I kept thinking the whole time I would rather do Leslie

Maybe you can check Rockin Body out from the library to see if you like it before you buy it. Or maybe there are some clips on YouTube you could watch to get a better idea?

I think Shaun T's Hip Hop Abs is similar - mostly 30-ish minute workouts and fun choreography. There is also a Shaun T Fit Kids Club DVD but I don't know anything about it. Here's a list of Mary's Shaun T DVD's:
