I love Denise Beatty's Fitness Fix Intermediate dvd. It has a 30 minute abs workout with the stability ball and floor work. Other good workouts on the same dvd. She's like a sweet girl next door/Barbie but she keeps you going with encouraging words 'til you're muscles are burning and shaking!!

I'll second the Fitness Fix core workout. Best one out there, IMO. She uses a stability ball FYI.

I love to put a book on the floor and do planks while I read. I just hold the plank until I'm tired and take a short rest and start over again and keep doing this for anywhere from five to ten minutes. This makes me SO sore the next day or two.

I love multitasking! Reading and core work at the same time! Perfect!

This is my favorite ab workout right now. No fuss, no muss. 12 minutes and I'm done.

No one has mentioned Horizontal Conditioning. It was raved about for quite a long time here but nothing on this thread. Maybe no one got results?

Oh yes, Fitness Fix rocks! Great DVDs to keep around in general (I just don't have that much time and space to muck around with a fitness ball and other such stuff but think very highly of Denise Beatty's DVDs).
