645 Stage 2, Week 5, Day 5: Total Body Tempo. This was a great workout. He talks too much in the beginning so the last round of exercises were "rushed." These workout have increased by shoulder mobility and I can do animal movements moving from crab to bear (not fast). Before 645, these movements caused my left shoulder so much pain.
