Garrie, your blog inspired me...
I visited your blog the other day and read your review of Cathe's Maximum Intensity Strength (MIS).

I decided to do the warm-up (the only Cathe step routine that I actually was able to learn with relative ease!) and the upper body section. I enjoyed it so much that I plan to add it to my list of upper body routines that run a half hour or so. Thank for re-visiting older workouts!
