Good for you!
I know all about the aches and pains that creep up on you, but in recent months I've had good results from simply doing what I can, as often as I'm able. Overdoing it in a fit of enthusiasm is so counterproductive, you'd think I'd learn that by now.
My latest project involves taking care of my hips so I can maybe cross my legs and/or sit on the floor more comfortably. Lately I've had bursitis that makes me really tight, but I do think slow and steady progress is possible.
I envy you your vcr, I don't even have one hooked up any more, but still have mine in a stack. Can't use them, can't quite give them up. Do keep reading here, we're forever talking about workouts that were only ever on VHS. What's that saying about how things go in cycles, and everything old is new again? Good workouts will always be welcome.
