Lauren Brooks 7 Day Kettlebell Swing Challenge starts today (6/14)

Who else is swinging for the next 7 days?

There is also a form video but she mentions you can choose to deadlift instead.

Love the warmup she includes separately as well.

100 swings to kick it off! I'm planning to do it each day but my dad will be here so we'll see if I stick to it every day.

I finished Push, Pull, Swing on Saturday!

I'm doing it. I have been experimenting with getting back to kettlebells after a year plus of shoulder issues, and so far so good. So the swing challenge is perfect timing for me.

It did! I considered just doing it on my own but figured hey, play the video and let Lauren keep track of the sets!

I bought a 25 lb kettlebell a few weeks ago to fill the gap btwn 20 and 30 and am already thinking I need to do some of the swings with the 30 lb. And the 30 is my heaviest one so I have to double up or try my 35 lb dumbbells for deadlifts. It always amazes me how quickly you can progress with consistency. Love it!!

Iím doing it too. I wasnít sure what I could manage so I went light on my KB weight (only 15 lb). I definitely could have handled more but I wanted to be sure. I also added a short, low impact HIIT onto the day 1 workout.

When I did Laurenís Push Pull Swing Challenge, I did the challenge on week 1 with Riptensity (Gideon Akande). That pairing was great! I may do that starting tomorrow.

Is this challenge on youtube or Lauren's paid site? I do swings on my own sometimes but this sounds fun.
