That's great! If I do an hour dance workout , my step count varies between 3,000 to 4500 depending on whether there are faster steps. The cooldown/stretch is usually the last ten minutes, so it isn't an hour straight of cardio.

I tried a couple of Leslie’s and I am getting about 2500 steps in 30 mins and about 3000 in 30 mins for an outdoor walk/jog combo. I’m using an Apple Watch. Thanks to this thread I have had a good week of getting in my steps. Thanks all!

I did Jessica’s Cardio Party this morning and got 3,245 steps in 31 minutes.

This morning I did YOUv2 Move Your Body and got 2,786 steps in 29 minutes.

I also did two miles from Leslie’s Burn to the Beat and got 1,779 steps in the 16 minute Brisk Beat and 1,505 steps in the 12 minute Super Beat.

Today I did Jenny Ford’s Marching with Moves and got 3,411 steps in 30 minutes.
