I love Fat to Firm Fast! And one of the best things about it there's no repeated circuits or TIFTT; no room for boredom and it makes the workout fly by.
When doing a F2FF rotation I also incorporate: - Erin O'Brien's Strong Body Fit Body - Jeanette Jenkins' original Cardio Sculpt and Kickboxing Bootcamp workouts (it uses weights). I think they're all a little tougher than F2FF but they *feel* similar to me and they're all roughly 45 minutes too.
