Today I did a backbend practice from Yoga with Kassandra.

Later I might do a Yoga Nidra practice if I have time - I signed up for this free 3-day offering and did the first yesterday, but this practice is longer.

I also did the Day 1 pose from Jose de Groot's 21 Day Yin Pose challenge.

Today I did Grasshopper Flow with Kate followed by a ten minute guided meditation.

I couldn't even do baby grasshopper; I doubt I'll ever be able to do full grasshopper.

Dena, I'll have to look for that one by Kate. I had a teacher who taught baby grasshopper, and I thought it was fun, although when I've tried it more recently, it's been a bit more difficult. I don't remember exactly what full grasshopper looks like, but IIRC, it's a much more complicated arm balance and probably not in my wheelhouse, LOL.

What's strange is that I can get into poses very similar, or close to grasshopper but not grasshopper itself.

Today I did Eoin's Bliss Rider followed by a ten minute meditation.

I did preview Kate's practice - I liked how she got into grasshopper from standing, which I've never tried. But sometimes I think poses like that look accessible, and then when I try them, there's no way, haha.

I'm doing Jose de Groot's 21 day yin pose challenge; yesterday was dragon, and today was saddle. I also did a lovingkindness meditation, and I'm about to leave to teach yoga shortly. I might do another short practice later if I have time.

Day 22:
~Moon Salutations (Five Parks Yoga YT)

Grasshopper is definitely not in my repertoire as I have cranky wrists. I can get into crow very briefly, but I usually have a block under my forehead.
