I did 30 minutes of Soul Train Step. This was a blast. The moves and music are perfect together. I followed that by a 30 minute mobility workout.

Brian Syuki- 50 Minute Intense Walking Workout. This is my first time doing Brian's workout and I enjoyed doing 50 minutes of steady state cardio with no impact! I wore my 1 pound weighted gloves to up the intensity a bit.
