Dena, I definitely like Kate's basic stuff, but she has some more challenging poses in some of her vinyasa practices too! I think that "Pretty Little Ditty" might have been one with at least some challenging transitions (mine were not so pretty, haha).

I was almost going to do a YT yin practice today, but I saw it was Jill Miller's 50th birthday, and I hadn't done my Yoga Quick Fix Rx practices in awhile, so I did several: 10m upper body, 5 & 10m hips, 5 & 10m feet/ankles. They felt really good!
