I get very disturbed when they don't count correct or say what number are we on and just keep on going.. Or they leave the other side out and nothing..

Read the Q cards instructors. Read instead of trying to engage in conversation with no one that can answer you.

and when i stream, it glitches, freezes and it's useless. All I want to do people is move and get the rest of the day going.. Not have to fiddle with electronics for 15 minutes.

yes they are different levels of resistance.
