Yesterday: 30 min treadmill walk, Jessica Smith's Toning Walk (with bands)
I actually did an official workout yesterday and it felt really good. I've been doing lots of movement, but nothing that really requires a shower afterwards, if that makes sense. Lots of movement is good, but my body needs more workouts, more often.

I'm excited about her new workouts but not enough to get upset about it. Sometimes I wonder if people just don't have enough productive things to do or think about... wait, did I just type that??
