I think that might be it. I looked all over the cover and if I remember right I saw four names but I don't know if they're the instructors or just the creators.

I should pop it in and make sure it's an actual workout and not just instructional.

The Tank Top Arms one is Jennifer Widerstrom!

I looked at the cover of that Gold's Gym DVD and thought she looked familiar and realized I have a different DVD that she leads - Women's Health Tone Up Workout.

She was also Phoenix on American Gladiators, and is on that workout DVD as well, which I also have

Bodylastics is Blake Kassel for most of them, I think.

Les Mills Combat (Beachbody set) are Rachael Newsham and Dan Cohen. They used to be married. No longer are but still lead most all of the Combat workouts together.

Weider Attack is Scott McKendry

Yes, I think we are talking about the same DVD. I just looked at the back cover and it lists 4 names as "creators" but doesn't mention who actually is on film. I don't think I ever have done it to know if it's just instructional.

Thanks for checking, cataddict! I'll put it in the VCR and see what I find. I'll report back!

I think I just found the "Amy" from the Gold's Gym workouts - Amy Van Deusen. She is also on some Women's Health YouTube videos, and I think the Women's Health instructors seem to cross over with those Gold's Gym videos.

I put the DVD in today and it is an actual workout. Candice Copeland leads, Jen Cole shows modifications and Douglas Brooks gives tips. Running time is about 31 minutes after the intro.
