I knew there was a thread that focused on this, but couldn't find if this was for sure the one. This is youtube and not a DVD, but it may give someone a start. It was just posted and I hoped to share it where people could use it. If there is a better thread for this specifically (since not a DVD, if that upsets anyone) then please forward to that thread or tell me where to. Bless y'all!
Ths is slow, very possibly more for people that need slow instruction (well, with balance work I'd want that anyway, lol), but on preview, this looks really nice and reminds me a little of the yoga DVD that has balance work (sorry, can't think of her name) I'll shut up, I'm no help, lol. I just did this one, and I liked it enough to add to my list of balance routines. Some of the moves might be a bit basic, but as the workout progresses, there is a bit of challenge.
