I have waited so long to do this. I am nervous to be hosting this. My husband was the outgoing one. I am the shy introvert. Fortunately I have good friends helping out. I just hope it goes well and no one says anything tactless . I know people do not know how to deal.with grief but you would not believe some of the idiotic comments ....hopefully it will go.smoothly.

you got it - you're in my prayers.
I have been going to a lot of postponed funerals, and many of them were good. several asked that people wear masks and folks complied.
i went to one the other day, and it made me miss my parents and family gatherings that used to be the norm. i needed to spend some grief time even though it was my friend's father who passed away.
good luck to you, Sherry.
