Starting Out Instant Workout March to Fitness total run time is 172 minutes release date is 10/10/06 DDD has this for a good price = <$8 i think. the link i provided above, oddly enough, does not include the details for Strong, Sleek & Slim, although it is listed as an upcoming release for 9/12/06.

Starting Out?! That was the first workout video I ever did! I have to get this one. For old time's sake!
 I did the cardio segment of that tape every other day for over a year.
