Short upper body only workouts?

I am in search of more upper body only (using weights) workouts that are 15-20 minutes in length. I have I Want Those Arms...and while I like it (no dread factor), I am wondering if there's something more intense with more variety? But also 15-20 minutes in length.

That would entail me buying a full body workout....I'm hoping for a dvd that is upper body only. Is there such a thing?

You could try Minna Lessig One Minute workout. It has upper body, lower body, core, abs, and total body workout. You could just use the upper body option.

I know you don't want a full-body workout, but Mindy Mylrea's Strength Toolbox has 3 roughly 10-minute workouts for the upper body, consisting of a traditional weighted workout, a workout with tubing, and a workout using just your body weight. FIRM Upper Body is a pretty good workout, albeit a bit outdated. It overdoes lat work and skimps on biceps but you can replace some rows with bicep curls.

Cory Everson's Get Hard: Arms & Shoulders is an awesome workout! It's 30 min. in length, a little longer than you want, but it is soooo worth it! My DH likes the arm section from the Quick Fix Stability Workout, which is only 10 min.

Power Half Hour Arm Toner, it includes back and chest. Skip the warm-up and cooldown and you're left with about 20 minutes.

Cathe's PUB - to shorten, you can use a pyramid up or down premix.

Kathy Smith's Lift Weights To Lose Weights - 20 min
Winsor Upper Body Sculpt - 20m (very nice workout, much different from Tamilee)
15m workout for Dummies
David Kirsch's NYC body plan - 15m
Leisa Hart's Sexy Arms, skip warmup - ~20m (also very different)

add to make 15-20:
10m solution Target Tone
Great Arms Guaranteed (BB) 9m
10m Kickbox arms & shoulders segment (very good!)
Quick Fix Stability Ball 10m
Denise Austin Personal Trainer - three 10m workouts

Finally, I think Core Secrets Give Me 20 is a great upper body workout, though I think there is like 5 seconds of lower body work.
