I know you don't want a full-body workout, but Mindy Mylrea's Strength Toolbox has 3 roughly 10-minute workouts for the upper body, consisting of a traditional weighted workout, a workout with tubing, and a workout using just your body weight. FIRM Upper Body is a pretty good workout, albeit a bit outdated. It overdoes lat work and skimps on biceps but you can replace some rows with bicep curls.
