Impressions after 4 weeks of WHFN

Just wanted to say that Fatso is really gorgeous. Is he in the market for a girlfriend? My Fiona is quite interested. She's a tricolored tabby and very sweet. She has given up on my exercise. She just leaves the area because she just finds the whole thing to be way too weird.

Debbie, I'm so glad you're enjoying them so much! I did Steamin Cardio this morning after not being able to workout all week from being so sick and it kicked my butt- quite literally! LOL!! I was out of the top range of my zone for most of it. Granted I've been sick, but what a great way to start working out again!

THANKS! This is the first day in nearly two weeks I've felt like myself. This thing has lasted over a month in some people, so I was lucky.
