Use regularly (weekly or more):

dumbbells
barbell (original Firm)
club step
14" wooden step (original Firm)
stability ball
yoga mat
gymnastics mat
yoga straps/blocks

Husband uses:

Torso Track

Have but rarely or never use:

Rubber tubing with handles (may start using since I just got a video which uses this, though)
10" wooden box (original Firm)
adjustable ankle weights - up to 5 lbs.

Favorite, most useful, don't want to live without pieces of equipment:

Stability ball
yoga mat
dumbbells

I have a few sets of dumbbells (but need to buy heavier ones.. keep procrastinating on it!).. and I use them frequently.
I also have the Fanny Lifter, which the cats have adopted as a jungle gym. I use it at least once a week though.
Hmmm.. and that stupid Firm Box. I just use it as a step, bout once a week, I guess.
Little Leslie Sansone balls. I don't know where they are, actually.
Oh, and resistance bands. I use these all the time!

Hmmmmm

This is very interesting. I'm thinking what if you guys trade the things you don't want for the things other people have & don't use? Sure you'd have to pay shipping, but it would still be a savings provided what you're trading is comparable to what you're getting. Plus some things don't have a good resale value so may as well trade it.

Of course if you have a "Play It Again Sports" store near by you can trade there. S.F. doesn't have one anymore so not getting that bike I want, but don't have room for anyway.

Attn. Mods: Can we trade exercise equipment on the exchange? Or maybe start an exercise equipment exchange? People could list what they have to trade and a wish list just like the video exchange. Whad'ya say? Who thinks this is a good idea. Or a dangerous one re: trust issues?

Frequently:
Dumbbells
Barbell
Rebounder
Stability Ball
Club Step
Firm Incline Box
Fanny Lifter
High Step
Dyna Band (but only currently because I'm doing a Cathe Hardcore rotation)

Still use just not frequently:
Beachbody bands (no doubt will use more when I return to P90X)
Soft hand weights to use while walking
Body Bar
Firm Sculpting stick

Only used a couple of times and probably never again:
Yoga mats
Exercise mat
Yoga blocks

Never used:

Use rregularly:

dumbells;
regular step;
stability ball;
yoga sticky mat;
yoga blocks;
reboundair:

use occasionally but only for specific workouts:

Dynabands
ankle weights

Use rarely but keep vowing to get on it:

recumbant exercise bike;

Never use and feel guilty about it because it was a gift:

Kathy Smith Power Belt

I have a balancing stick which is really just an old dowel I found in the basement - I use it for balance work in certain workouts - it just feels better than using my mop (which I have done)
