I have been sleeping so poorly lately and then drinking too much coffee the next day. I think this first week of February needs to be a reset week.

I feel the Caroline G and Lauren B every day in January made me stronger, and I will get back to the Caroline classes I bookmarked, but this week I'm going to do rehab, walking, Cassey Ho, and some yoga/pilates.

Two rounds of shoveling, 45 minutes and then 75, and the driveway still isn't done. I'm done for the day though! That was tough work! Our morning walk was only a mile but felt harder than running. I think we got about 7".
