all of the suggestions so far are great. a few more from the barre world:
pretzel move (quick callanetics, bar method, exhale core fusion) kneeling hips and thighs leg lifts (quick callanetics) pelvic rotations (quick callanetics, callanetics) i also recently purchased a booty band that goes around your thighs - wear it when you do any workout, including Leslie Sansone - i got this one that comes with 3 bands: https://smile.amazon.com/Victorem-Bo...rds=booty+band Pilates ring - inner thigh moves. you can also do this squeezing a ball between your knees. yes, this is inner thighs, but it will strengthen and lean out your entire upper leg area which leads to your glutes. another ball between your legs move: stand w/ball between your knees, do 3 sets of squats. you will feel it in your glutes, hips, and thighs.
