Your Favorite Total Body Strength DVD

Like the title says, what's your favorite Total Body Strength DVD?

I'm in weight loss mode right now for the first time in my life (more than a year of a sedentary job after a lifetime of never sitting down has caught up with me more than I was ready to admit!). Eating is very much dialed in, but consistent movement is absolutely where I have been lacking. I am planning on building my routine around dance and Tae Bo for cardio but I need to get consistent with my strength training as well and want to do weights 3 times a week.

I'm looking for total body strength workouts that hit most body parts in 25-40 minutes ideally, without cardio mixed in. Just straight weight work. I probably will have most of what you guys suggest, I just need a reminder of what falls into this category because it's been a while since I did this type of schedule.

Thanks in advance!!

I mostly do Cathe workouts and most of her total body strength workouts are longer than 40 minutes, but I think Supersets and Push and Pull are about 45-50 minutes long, as is PHA Training from Strong and Sweaty. Also , the Chalean Extreme strength DVD’s fit into your time frame.

Thanks! I know Cathe probably has some good ones, and I'm not dead set on the time limit, so am definitely open to those suggestions as well, especially if they hit everything and give results

I do have several of hers, and I know most of them are 30 minutes, which is great! I just haven't pulled them out in a while. Any suggestions? Especially ones that don't incorporate cardio with strength.

What about Hammer & Chisel? It has a lot of Total Body workouts to chose from, and they are all short in length.

My favorites are Pump (from the Cardio Pump dvd) and Strength and Stamina.

Do you have the new P90? I like the strength workouts from that set. Also, the strength workouts from 21 Day Fix.

I have Beachbody On Demand, so those are ones I'll have to look at (as well as Hammer & Chisel, thanks AsSweetAsSugar)! See, there are so many out there that I've forgotten about

Keep them coming...I've got a lot of strength slots to fill in my calendar

My most used total body is Push Pull. I skip the the calf and shin segments so it comes in about 40 minutes.
