Which non-dvd workouts are you doing?

I have moved on from dvds with the exception of a few favorites.

Currently, I am using Pahla Bowers' workouts on youtube mixed with paper weightlifting based on Joyce Vedral's books.

A lot of women on a family forum I go on use Kayla Itsine's workouts and they get good reviews. Thinking of trying those after this rotation.

I'm having trouble deciding myself. I want to pick one and start in Sept.

I trying to decide between:
The Year One Challenge by Michael Matthews
New Rules of Lifting, Abs, Strong or for Women
And a program by Jim Stoppani, Short Cut to Strong.

Decisions decisions.

Always Pilates by Lisa. I also use Jessica Smith and Pahla Bowers. I have one Leslie Sansone workout I like that's a download I bought from Amazon and I'm going to use that some. I usually walk but it's so humid here I thought I'd throw a Leslie or Jessica walk in there.

I have been consistently using the Soul Sweat dance classes on powhow for a little over a year. I enjoy them so much. I am a music geek and love that they use music from the original artists. They are pretty much only cardio choice except for Bellyfit and Misty Tripoli.

I have made a ridiculous amount of compilations of yoga from you tube.

I'm also considering New Rules of Lifting Abs or Women. I've had a rough year and now I'm recovering from an illness. I don't want an instructor telling me I'm doing great or some such thing when I know I'm starting at square one.

I just started the three day program in Eat Lift Thrive by Sohee Lee. The workouts are short and she has a great attitude.

joyce vedral books and audio CDs.

i began a matrix of Joyce's moves in the various books - wrote them down in excel. the moves tend to be similar, except a few slight differences. the sequencing and reps vary, however.

i've always enjoyed kathy smith's walkfit CDs - i have almost her entire collection. i recently found a bunch of Shape music CDs at a library book sale - they're pretty good. all original artists, blended so that there's no "blank" between songs, and the tempos tend to be organized so that there's a natural warm-up, ramp up, and slow down to finish.

i've also been listening to a lot of audio books for free from my library's OverDrive and RBDigital. there's lots of meditation, yoga, breathing, self-hypnosis, and just regular audio books that have kept me company during my walks or when i wanted to focus on self-reflection.

Hiking is my go-to non-exercise dvd workout.
Really, anything outside!

I do quite a bit of online yoga when I'm not working out to dvds. Trying to ease my way into pilates as well. I'm thinking of doing more step workouts online, especially as nobody seems to be making step workouts on dvd anymore.
