Does anyone know what kind of mat Jessica uses in her Walk Strong 2.0 workouts with her mom? It looks like a rectangular black mat she has over hardwood floors, and it's maybe 6 feet by eight feet wide.

I have a feeling there was a discussion on VF about these large mats before, but I don't know how to find the thread.

Thanks,
Sue

I'm assuming so. I didn't see anything in her original discussion where she was asking for suggestions that even hinted at only a non-DVD release.

From what Jessica posted, it seems like these will be out in about 9 months or so and will be more strength based, so this is great news! Her mom and Beth look great!

The mats look to each be 4' x 6'...double-wide yoga mats?
ETA - maybe a bit bigger. I'd like to know about them too.

I think this is the mat Jessica posted a link to in one of her equipment recommendation videos. it's 8x6 and she has a round mat over it.

Maybe the same manufacturer makes something in a smaller size?

Thanks so much, Anna! Now I'm trying to figure out if this mat would work over my area rug, which is about 5 by 8.

That mat looks awesome, but so expensive def. out of my budget. I'd love one though.

Yes, agree. I hope it's not more of the same.
