*wave to everyone* Looking forward to doing a KB workout tomorrow! (I got my 1st shipping notice from KBKB for the Body series, so hopefully those will be here soon as well as the rest!)
Fusion Mat is really good if you like mat work! How fun that you'll be doing the Body series, too!

I have the one with the stability ball, and it was very challenging, more than I thought it was going to be! Some of the moves reminded me of Dream Body, I liked it.

Is it Fusion Mat or Fusion Mat at the Wall?

I agree! That DVD reminds me of a less frenetic Dream Body!

I have both, but really love Fusion Mat! I really like the Mat on the Wall leg segments, but the arms and abs segments felt a bit awkward to me.

Speaking of Linda's ball workouts, this week's free one is another stability ball workout that looks like fun:

Just wanted to add...I did the core workout yesterday. I liked it a lot and worked up a sweat. It was 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off. It was a nice mix of weighted and unweights ab work and planks. A dumbbell could easily be used in place of the kettlebell for this workout. I used a 20lb kettlebell and a 15lb dumbbell. Some of the exercises were Russian twists, planks, cross chops, mind mills, flutter kicks, scissors, and reverse crunches. I'm really glad I got this DVD.

I ended up buying this DVD this weekend. I can't wait to try it. This thread almost made me buy Fusion Mat too. I decided to wait for Mary's next sale.

I've done both the upper body and the lower body now, and really like them! I love she mixes in light-weight work in the arms segment and some floorwork into the lower-body segment. I'm going to try the core one today.

I need to do this. I usually skip core work and it's definitely showing! I absolutely love the other 2!

Thanks for mentioning that a dumbbell could be used! I ordered this workout yesterday and don't even have a kettlebell I also ordered her stability ball workout! Looking forward to receiving them. The price of the dvd's is very reasonable.
