Leslie's Walk it Off in 30 Days has a decent 30 minute full-body weight workout.

I was also going to suggest the Jenny Ford Checkout dvd (a recent thread linked to where Ford is offering it for free right now on youtube).

There are so many options on youtube. I was thinking lately of Jessica Smith also, since I'm currently doing her new walking program. But, she has a number of Total Body Toning workout on youtube and JessicaSmithTV.com
The times vary but are usually very time efficient, anywhere from 25 minutes to 40 minutes. Her workouts are a little more easy to navigate on her website since you can search by category.

I can't stop...

If you have Kelly's Home Gym Intervals there's a 27 minute premix that is only dumbbell exercises!

Also, there's a Sculpting and Legs premix on Circuit Burn but I haven't viewed it to see how "total body" it might be. If you have the DVD already, maybe you can check it out.

Wow, okay I did not know this. Thanks so much for all your ideas!

ETA - Just watched the HGI clip and remembered why I had no interest in buying it. The strength moves look too "creative" with exercises that are too unusual for me.

Thanks Alison, and everyone who shared their suggestions. All are appreciated.

I just remembered I have 2 DVDs from The Gymbox when you could buy them as Discount Workouts (I think that's what they're called). Each has two 30 min beginner strength workouts and use a minimum of equipment so you can go as heavy as you like.

I forgot about Kelly's newer workouts! In Cardio Pump the 2nd workout on this DVD is all weights. It's your traditional pyramid training.

And, Lean Body Circuits has a Weights only premix that is only 27 minutes long.

Yeah, I can understand this and you're not alone in feeling that some of Kelly's weight exercises can be a little more creative than they like or want to do! Especially with someone just coming back to exercise or weight work, not to mention the newbies.

Once you get best the title...Angie Miller's Bedroom Body is a great 30-minute workout.

I just did the Angie Miller this morning. Love it. Preceded by Namaste Yoga.
I have gotten into an episode of Namaste Yoga followed by a half hour of strength. Feels really good.
