There are 8 workouts described in the book with pictures and descriptions on how to do the exercises that make up each sequence. The workouts include: Straighten Your Posture Speed Your Weight Loss Soothe Your Joints Increase Your Energy Relieve Your Pain Enhance Your Balance Improve Your Mobility Protect Your Bones There are also 8 "mini" workouts on the essentrics website that correspond with the 8 workouts in the book: http://www.essentrics.com/agingbackwards.html#ways. These don't include all the exercises in the book, but just a sample of them. You can download them. I like having the written descriptions of the exercises. These 8 workouts take up over half of the book. Hope this helps. Ann |
