Lots of women complain about their big butts too but "just don't look" isn't really gonna help them. The big butt is there whether you look or not.

It's just something that bothers me and if there's a way to improve it, I'd like to try.

I'd still suggest getting checked for a diastasis. For some people it's only apparent in certain positions. And I find a lot of women I see have self-checked for a diastasis and not picked up on one (it's hard to check on yourself!).

I would definitely have it checked out, because if it's not just fat, your internal organs could start to protrude and cause trouble. I wouldn't do anymore planks until you know for certain.

Personally, if I had my bigger butt again, I'd want people to look . The one I have now is fantastic, but the one I had before was fabulous!

I like what you said though -- if you can improve it definitely try, but if it cannot be helped, do not dwell on it. Just be conscious of that moment

Definitely won't dwell on it. Just wanted to see if there was anything to do about it.

I LOVE my bum, and no one in his right mind would call it small. But now that my hair is gone grey, no one is looking at my bum, and that's ok.
