I'm adding a post so this thread gets put in my subscriptions - the EASIEST way to find threads one wants to keep a reference to!

But... this looks like something to work one's way slowly through to stave off the winter podge - "Winter is Coming"

How dare you say Winter is coming and we are trying to get out of winter lol.

If you ever want to subscribe to a thread you do not have to post in the thread. Just go to the top where it says *thread tools* You can subscribe from there and never post in the thread. HTH>

Sorry about not feeling totally OUT of winter yet but...
The "Winter is Coming" is in quotes, with a capital C as it's a Game of Thrones reference.

Wow, Pat, what an amazing source of information you have put together here!

I pretty much always have the same green smoothie in the morning: Kimberly Snyder's Glowing Green Smoothie - http://kimberlysnyder.net/blog/ggs/ but I: (1) only use 1 pear OR 1 apple, (2) I vary my greeens, and (3) add fresh ginger and some herbs, usually parsley or cilantro.

Wow. Fuzzie. Another wonderful women with a great website. Sometimes I think and wonder, how do they do it. Just keep coming up with great recipes. This is a addicting as barre, or something else you may really like doing. (just realized I sounded like you with the wow) Sorry

Cheryl, I too am in awe of creative health bloggers. Detoxinista has some awesome (and simple) recipes. I am totally hooked on her Almond Butter Freezer Fudge (http://detoxinista.com/2012/03/cream...freezer-fudge/). Last weekend I made her Detox Blonde Macaroons drizzled with dark chocolate (http://detoxinista.com/2010/09/macaroon-fairy/) for a birthday party and they were a hit. Her salad dressings are also pretty terrific.

It's a TV series on HBO, from a series of books. Very well done, wonderful sets, scenery, costuming... and does justice to the books admirably. One you start, you'll want to see it through to the end. You've been warned.

Now... Back to our scheduled programme.....

oh. I just Google'd it. Wow. Is it like a Twilight series? or Hunger Games?

We don't subscribe to HBO.

my mind gets fed every day and I love it. I'm not going to get Alzheimer's for sure.
