yes, you can get the deluxe upgrade by ordering online. i just did

it includes three more workouts and a ropeless jump rope.

I ordered the preordered the basic kit online yesterday and was prompted to purchase the deluxe and clicked not interested.

I then called Customer Service but the rep only mentioned getting extra workouts as the perk for preorder..nothing about the rope. Maybe if you order and pay the extra $45 for the Deluxe, the ropeless jump rope comes with it. I already have the Jump Snap rope.

I am looking forward to the receiving these workouts

So bad Samantha. Pre-order last until the 11th and DVD's were shipped yesterday for the ones who pre-ordered. Hope you can work out something with their CS. The lady is very nice.

Just an update... I realized my credit card had not yet been charged and the ship date was supposed to be yesterday. I called them and they said they received more pre-orders than they had planned on, so they won't begin shipping until early next week, which is also when they will charge the credit cards used to pay for the set.

I really want this, but totally missed the pre-order. I was also thinking we had more time to pre-order....

I don't know if I should order or not, because I will want the upgrade, but not the $45 extra price tag

This is right up my alley and I am a "systems/rotation Junkie"

I called and was told I will be charged beginning of next week and dvds will ship end of next week .... mmmm...

I think they are supposed to charge when they ship, so I guess when you see the charge clear your account, then they are on their way! I had only called because I didn't see any charge to my bank account and I had been expecting them to ship yesterday, so I was afraid my order had been lost or skipped. Luckily, that isn't the case.

I also noted that was not charged. It's okay, all good. We got a great deal with the extra DVD's

It always amazes me when I read statements like this. Duh, they sent mass email notifications of the system and didn't expect so many pre-orders
