This workout is new to me also and definitely has the FUN factor
. I just did the step portions as I workout on a concrete floor, so thought I shouldn't do the bootcamp.
I really like how Cathe doesn't spend much time breaking down the choreo. It means that I get my heart rate up sooner which makes for more of a challenge. I didn't preview the workout and found I got about 90% of the moves down first time through.
Have you got 4DS? I recently acquired this in a trade and love the step routines ( I combined the hi and low routines for a one hour workout).
