Butt Bible - I like these workouts.

I don't think I have a WORST purchase so far.

Adding to my list of great workout purchases Formula 55, still can't find a flop yet.

Waste is unfortunately a lot easier for me to define than best.

Waste List: Extreme Urban Rebounding and 2/3 of what I've tried from Cathe's new series.

Best: TK Fan volume 9 and 10 and my gym membership

Best Buys:
10 Pound Slimdown Extreme- not everyone works but the Total Body Workouts play without glitches and I enjoy those!

I posted on this thread back in June but wanted to update. While my all time BEST purchase this year is still Kelly Coffey-Meyers' Split Sessions and TLC there is another set of workouts that I bought that deserve a BEST mention and that is:

Chris Freytag's 10 Pound Slimdown EXTREME workouts!! I love them and was lucky enough to get glitch-free DVDs with my second set. The only workout in this series I'm not crazy about is the Yoga workout and that is only because, at 40 minutes, it's a bit too long for my tastes I have been pretty lucky with my purchases this year. I have a feeling Kelly's newest three are going to make this list before the year is over

I am not sure if I posted earlier on this thread or what I posted if I did. Had to say that TA's Meta is by far the best purchase I have made in a very long time.
