the All In One workout is pretty good - did you know it's easier to do a teaser with weights? who'da thunk?

Stott Pilates has a series of three or four dvd's, beginner to advanced, using a resistance band.

Stott also has Amazing Tone, which uses 2 small med balls (anywhere from 1-3lbs each).

How could I have forgotten that one? It's a great little workout, and utilises the balls in every move. I especially like the move where you do a bridge with a ball under each foot.

There's also Gina Cool Iron Yoga, with two 30min workouts, one of which uses dumbbells.

Core Fusion Body Sculpt has an arm section with light weights. Mari Winsor's Shape Pilates for Pink uses a resistance band and she also has a DVD using the sculpting circle that I like alot. I also have another Mari Winsor DVD that uses light weights but I can't remember the name - it might be Upper Body Sculpting. Ellen Barrett's Slim Sculpt & Skinny Sculpt both use light weights & have floor work.

Body Bar Pilates Strength -- I got the dvd free a few years ago, and have never tried it, so don't know if it's any good, but thought I'd mention it.

How about which ones use them in the moves where you are lying down and doing moves on the floor like during hundreds and such. Any? I know Jonathan Urla's Sexy Body does and I would assume the Stott Toning Ball one would. Any others?

Does anyone do this on their own? Or can you add resistance using a pilates ring? How do you know how to incorporate it?
