hey kitty, you know there are already 3 agni namaskar variations on daily energy, surf yoga soul and cc & upper body. and like I've said I wouldn't mind a fourth one too b\c I've been doing it a lot lately and really seeing good results with it and also it makes me feel like I really worked out even if I do only a 30 minute practice.

Yep - and I do all three versions although Surf more than the others because it's easier to fit in being shorter. I would love a fourth version to add even more variety.

Yea for a new Shiva! Yoni, what kind of results are you seeing with the Agni Namaskar sets? I've recently rediscovered my creative core dvds and am enjoying them a lot.

) I'm seeing visibe results in the shape of my upper body and abs as well as improved upper body strength but it also extremely strengthend my core which I like the best. I should rediscover the creative core dvd's too.

I'm excited to rediscover these dvds. I have Surf also and got it out after reading all this to put back in the rotation.
As for the new Shiva, I'm tempted to order from Acacia now, but I have an amazon gift card coming so I may have to wait a while.

I actually ordered from Acacia without noticing the shipping was 60 $ !

so I cancelled right away. why can't they have normal international shipping rates? on amazon uk it supposedly going to be released next week but since there's no cover or information about it I think it might be another one of their mistakes, if not I'm ordering!
I love Yoga Surf Soul , balance flow is one of my favorite segments.
