Oh my word--of course I remember the Dork Dance (I think I'm the one who first called it that), but I'd forgotten the "poses" during the opening credits--"Amazon Ballerinas of South Carolina!"
And I say this as someone who LOVED that workout and is now going to have to go find it on DVD because I want it in my rotation again
