Renee my local cable stations are flooding the airwaves with the new Si6 infomercial and I keep hoping to catch sight of you! Is that you in the group of exercisers early on toward my screen's left? And I think I saw you before and after pics flash by.

At first I had no idea what that noise was. I thought it was some awful instrument to go with the horrendousl music.

Ha!
my point is that video manufacturers/producers really should come up with more creative names for their workouts, in the same way movie titles are made. when searching for workouts by title, there are so many similar titles that you sometimes get duplicate names in the results. and within a series/brand, there's many that sound so similar that it's possible to get them mixed up even within that brand (many of the firms, yoga videos, etc.) we should ban words like sculpt, sweat, cardio, sculpting, total body, weight loss, circuit, super, extreme, maximum, etc. from the title.

Acey and Kathy, I'm glad I'm not the only SSX person!
As far as music, breathing, etc. it doesn't really bother me if I enjoy the workout and find it effective. So, I'm the DVD producers dream, lol. I am sometime bothered by clothing if it's too low cut, and bad production values where I can't tell what the instructor is doing, but that's about it!

I'll be wanting these new Si6 workouts, too! I'd love some peppier music...definitely!
I also wish they hadn't shortened "Start It Up" to only 25 minutes, or I would have gotten rid of my VHS (longer) version. It would be nice if these were chaptered so you could choose to do just "sculpting" or just "cardio." Love the movie titles, LOL! Those were awesome, ha ha! Pam

LOL! Acey -- Love "The Wrath of Debbie" -- I've actually seen that wrath (but never directed at me, thank goodness!
Kathy -- Thanks! Pat -- Yes, I flash by a few times in the flood of "I lost ____ pounds" segment. I was the "I lost 25 pounds" person. I'm in pretty much all of the group workout segments (when Julie Moran is talking and in some other shots too). I'm wearing a lime green top and have my hair in a ponytail. In the group discussion segment (wish they'd shown more of this -- it was really fun and there were great things discussed, but I guess BB thought we needed more bikini shots instead ) I was wearing that same green top and was sitting in the front on the right. They have a good close-up of my barrette from the back at one point. Jeannine -- I agree with all the monotony of video titles. I've given up trying to keep track of any newer FIRMS. They just got ridiculous with using the same words over and over. I remember when they were producing BSS1 and were asking (back in the day of the FIRM Sparklist) for a word that best described toning and one that best described aerobic fitness. I think they must have decided on cardio & sculpt because they've been using those over and over since. (BTW, Gunnar Peterson says in his book that it's a BIG pet peeve of his to have anyone claim a muscle can be sculpted.)
