Whatever happened to....

Have you lost a favorite instructor?

With the weather in the single digits, to pick up my spirits
I have been using the Island Girl series of workout, based
in Hawaii. Then it dawned on me,

whatever happened to Kili?

Really wish she would do more workouts, they are fun
and a break from the cold windy snowy icy reality which
surrounds me.

Who do you miss?

I miss Libby Heath, Stephanie Huckabee, Pam Cauthen, Lisa Kay, Jen Carmen, Janet Brooks, Nancy Tucker, Christa Riley. I know Nancy plus others have a new venture going. But what about Libby?

With all the cold weather, I am drawn to Dance and Be Fit Brazilian Body!

Well.........what's Charlean Prickett and Joannie Greggains up to? They are old timers.....and the girl Kai, the dork dancer from the Short firm, but you know, so many HAVE stuck around! We're a generation aging together!

Whatever happened to Gilad's sister Ada? Her Basic Training show on tv was fantastic. I could do her and Gilad's workouts back to back. I bought the Basic Training vhs also. She was GORGEOUS and had a figure to die for. Not to mention she was a good instructor and her workouts were fun.

Cindy Crawford! She is athletic and strong as ever in her forties, I'd love to have another workout from her. She also had the budget to ensure the highest production quality. *sigh*

Sue Hitzman from Crunch: Boot Camp Training!

She was a one-hit wonder. I still really like that workout.

I liked Libby Heath too. I also liked BodyShaping with Kiana Tom I heard she did a video but it wasn't so great. Cynthia Kereluk was great too.

To banish the snow and supercold weather blah's here I have been doing Gaiam workouts with Tanja, the covered cord one has beautiful scenery. Also the self's on the beach with Ellen are nice too.

I miss her too. Gilad's website now has her Basic Training on dvd.
He said in a chat about a year ago that she has a Pilates
studio in California. Hope she returns with either a workout
or pilates dvd.

Whatever happened to Janis Saffell?

She was pumping out vids right and left then bam! She disappears. Over a year ago I e-mailed her "peeps" asking if Janis had any vids in the works, and was told to "stay tuned." I got the impression that she did. However, nothing from Janis.

I liked Janis. Granted, I don't own (other than the ones on my tradelist) or do any of her workouts anymore, but I would definitely try something new by her.

Janis, where are you???? Did you and your hot DH retire and start having babies?
