Many of us attended the John Friend workshops in our particular parts of the continent on JFs 2004 tour. The Pacific NWers ran into Stephanie Millner-Collins there. She was a fellow participant. I know I've seen pictures, but they might have been in the yoga check-ins (check-ins disappear).

I wish the Firm was still the way it was

I miss the old-style, even though I have all the new stuff, I still liked it best when Mark & the Benson sisters were a team. with all the old Firm master instructors.
although I will say, I do treasure my Fitprime & Kickbutt series....but, then again that's with the 3 collaborating & the instructors (some new) & past instuctors captured that traditional Firm flavor.
wish they'd band together again, they make good stuff!!!!!!

Thanks for the link. Next to Tracie Long, Stacey was my favorite Firm instructor. I think it would be wonderful to study yoga with her.
