I definitely agree that this is one tough workout.
I also like the concept a lot and would consider another Tari Rose workout based on it.
BUT I got rid of mine because most of the upper body stuff aggravated an old elbow injury.
I love this workout too. So much in fact that I emailed Tari Rose and asked when/if she would be doing more. She said that she had a baby and was taking a break. But that once the baby was older she would be filiming more workouts. I do check her website every now and again but nothing yet.
