i couldn't finish it
I hated the music, hated the routine, I don't even remember. Many people like it - definitely evokes a strong reaction.

I got the DVD from DDD for $10. I like to lift weights. I'm incorporating yoga into my workouts. I don't think traditional yoga will ever be something I come to love. This is a nice fusion of both. This might not be for everyone. Different strokes for different folks.
