Later Kathy Smith recs

I always liked Kathy until she became very shrill in some of her workouts, so I didn't even investigate her later offerings.

I would like any to hear any opinions on the stuff she did later. I thinks she's pretty much done now, but she did do some later offerings. Any info would help.

I liked both her Ageless dvds. I think that Staying Strong had more of a focus, but I liked both. . I'll see if I can find some threads on those dvds.

I wish I could remember the name. It had matrix in the title. I ended up giving it away.

Thanks for the above recs. That helps.

Kathy Smith - Matrix Method Power Walk for Weight Loss
IIRC, she had a cowboy hat in that one

I like her Moving through Menopause workouts and her Project You workouts, although they may be too old. I also like her Peel off the Pounds Pilates.

Total Body Lift is a barre-style workout and done pretty well.

i also liked her Rejuvenation series - try to find these titles that have multiple workouts. This is because she had other releases with just a single workout on it. These were bundled with equipment (strap for stretching, weights, ball, bands), and the accompanying DVD was released with the relevant workout in the kit.

DVD titles:

- Rejuvenation Total Body Toning - 45 min - includes Ultimate Upper Body, Lean Lower Body, Healthy Abs & Back:

-* Rejuvenation Walk & Stretch - 45 min - includes Indoor Walking, Stretch & Flex
https://www.amazon.com/Rejuvenation-.../dp/B013798TBM

*jacked up prices on ebay - beware

FastFit: decent. she leads with about 5 other people and is somewhat calm.

her Project You by Beachbody is really well done and she is a lot more professional in it. Some of the toning workouts include Andre Houle in it. in the cardio workouts, she is a little "yelpy" but not outright screechy.

Echoing the Rejuvenation series except they were also re-released with the same titles and sometimes have short additional workouts added.

Kathy Smith total body toning

ETA: It's been awhile but I'm pretty sure this is the same as the Walk and stretch Rejuvenation title
Kathy Smith
Fat burning Walk and stretch

I don't find her screechy in these Rejuvenation titles (as I do in her LWTLW).

I love both of Kathy's Ageless DVDs. She gets a little hyper but not for long.
