My all time favorite is Raquel Welchs Yoga book. I also like Kimberly Snyder. She has one with Deepak Chopra. Kris Carr is another favorite.

Healthy Aging by Andrew Weil. It is a much-loved companion.

Mastery by George Leonard. He was Burr (Bar Method) Leonard's father, an Aikido master, one of the founders of the Esalen Institute and a major player in the human potential movement. This short book is one of the best books I have ever read on the meaning of true achievement, in fitness endeavors and in life.

Too many yoga books to mention!

Due to guidelines, I have not included the numerous dietary/nutrition books that I have read to tatters.
