I am now at the point of having a hard time walking up and down stairs. Always a good sign in a weights tape.

Put the thing back in your goodie box for a while (that was you that left the Andre tapes rotting in there for ages because you were mad at the delay, wasn't it?). And only try it again if you are in a really good mood. Otherwise, it will probably annoy you again. I can see how you would need to be in the right frame of mind for this one, but I sure was last night. It made me feel like a little kid (albeit an uncoordinated one).

What a nice offer... I'd love to see this one... I know that previewing over the net... doesn't give you the actual feel for the workout. I like the idea of this workout and wanted to see more. It sounds like there are plenty of people who enjoy the design of the workout.

Also-- hoping that the video quality wasn't as bad as it looks on the streaming video.

I tolerate the Firm's music, but really dislike it in general. It reminds me of 60s and 70s television series soundtracks ("book 'em Danno") to me more than anything else. The music in the warm up is from an earlier Firm tape. What about the rest?

I can overlook this but would like to be forewarned.

I know I'm in the minority here and accept my out of sync standing with humility.
