I'm so glad I saw this thread! I had Ultimate Body Shaper & Body Target 360 on my collage wish list for ages. I picked up the Total Body Slimdown on Amazon. Have done Ult Body Shaper & its awesome! Fun, different moves that keep changing up. The time just flys by. Easy to modify, just keep at the easier first option Stephanie shows. Easy to do just part of the DVD. I split it in half doing warm up, step, cool down one day and then WO, mat, CD another. Did a CS after both days & felt great. Thanks for this thread!!! Can't wait to do the other workouts.
