I really like her Stepboxing DVD, I initially didn't order it because I wasn't sure I would like it. I traded for it this past year and I really enjoy it. One of my all time best trades!

I like her Kickboxing and Cardio Quick Fix too.

Well, here I go again. I just ordered 2 KCMs because I'm looking for weight workouts that aren't terribly long. I've already had them both - twice. Stay tuned to the Exchange.

Ahh...we have all done it. For me I reacquired a dozen or so workouts in 2011 and 2012, only to get rid of some of them again. I still have others though, sometimes the second time around they are keepers, other times they are not.

I like KCM a lot, and had about 12 workouts from her, but now I only have 5. I really only need a few, especially since there are 2 workouts and premixes on each DVD.

Which ones did you order?

I ordered Muscle Definition and Your Best Body (or something like that). In watching the clips, I wondered what it was that made me get rid of them before. These two didn't seem to have all the swinging of the weights, etc.

I notice that she swings and flails the weights around. I just use the appropriate weight for me to use a controlled movement. I don't do the momentum thing at all. I like her workouts, but I don't want to be swinging the weights all over.

And I love her Body Training workout, body-weight only!
