Awesome! I love DIY fitness projects.

So far I've made clubbells, platemates, an agility ladder, and I will be adding an "UGLY" ball to the family.

Wow holy sewing! That looks very nice and professional. I wish there was a DYI version that involved garbage bags, sand and duct tape, then I would have a chance of being able to put one together using my "arts & crafts" skills.

This is awesome! Thanks so much for the links. I've been wanting an UGI forever but didn't want to spend that much money on it. I just wanted the ball and not the workouts and couldn't justify that much money for a ball when I can buy a whole system for around the same amount of money. I can't wait to go to my local fabric store and get stuff to try this!
