My gyno says it's not uncommon during perimenopause and menopause to develope incontinence. But if squats and lunges help, I'm there.

I squat and lunge almost daily and have for many years. I have tried kegls, pelvic tilts, bridge work. All of it. After having 4 babies, who are now between the ages of 5 and 19, my Dr. says my bladder has fallen. The only recommendaiton is to have surgery to lift it back into place. Although the problem is frustrating I'm not ready for that.

Michelle

p.s. I have had bladder and kidney issues since childhood.
